The User must avoid using the mobile application, in any of its parts, if they do not agree, to the terms and conditions, in their entirety, or in any of their sections.
1. Through the mobile application, the user will access and/or use various contents, videos, audios, photographs, brands, logos, distinctive signs (the “Contents”), made available to users by Brif Media, and/or by third parties. Brif Media will have the right to deny, restrict or condition the user access to the mobile application, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, as well as to modify the Contents of the Site, and these Terms of Use at any time and without the need for prior notice.
2. Intellectual Property:
All Contents and domains of the Site are protected by Federal Copyright Law, Industrial Property Law and other applicable laws and regulations, both of the United Mexican States and applicable international laws. The use of the Contents that is protected by intellectual property legislation will be exclusively for informational and entertainment purposes, and any other use such as direct or indirect profit, reproduction, edition or modification, will be prosecuted and sanctioned by the respective right holder. Users may access the Contents in the ways established by Brif Media.
3. Published Information:
Brif Media is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the use of the information or the content published in the mobile application, on the understanding that the use and monitoring of the information and concepts contained in our publications is at the user's own risk and responsibility.
4. Third Party Sites and Your Information:
There is a possibility that the mobile application provides links to third-party sites. Because Brif Media has no control over them, it is not responsible for the content of those sites, nor for the information provided by such third parties on the Brif Media site. 5. Permissible Uses:
The use of the Contents of the mobile application is the sole responsibility of the user, who in any case must use them in accordance with the functionalities allowed in the mobile application itself and the uses authorized in these Terms of Use, so the user undertakes to use them in such a way that they do not violate the rules of use and coexistence on the Internet, the laws of the United Mexican States and the legislation in force in the country in which the user is using them. The mobile application is for personal and user use, so you cannot market the Contents in any way.

7. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction:
For the interpretation, compliance and execution of everything related to these Terms of Use and the mobile application itself, the parties agree that the Federal laws of the United Mexican States will apply and that the courts of the City of Puebla, Puebla will be competent, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or jurisdiction that may apply to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
